Nicole Meguiar was born into a Christian family, attended church Sunday morning, Sunday night and Wednesday night her entire growing up years, knew God intimately, often prayed with people for their salvation and was a monthly supporter of Teen Challenge.
Nicole Meguiar's Benedict Castle Concours History
Her life is a testimony to what happens too often today, even in Christian families. Without excuse and by her own admission, she made bad choices due to a failed marriage that took her into addiction…and she checked herself into Teen Challenge.
Following her graduation from Teen Challenge, her zeal for Teen Challenge as a supporter and now a graduate captured her life’s attention. Her world view as a mature Christian and former addict growing up in a ‘Car Guy’ family inspired her to create the Benedict Castle Concours Car Show. Her mission became raising money for Teen Challenge amongst a brand-new audience.
Teen Challenge is the oldest (founded in 1958), largest (1,400 Centers Globally) and most successful (86% Cure Rate) program in the world for freeing people from drug and alcohol addiction. The Car Show is held on the magnificent lawns surrounding the Benedict Castle in Riverside, California, home to Southern California Teen Challenge. Having a free venue and 120 on-campus students attending to every car owner’s needs, allows 100% of all funds raised to go directly to the ministry of Teen Challenge, that’s entirely dependent on private support.

Nicole’s love for Cars and Car Guys of all descriptions combined with her love for God, Teen Challenge, and people became the ingredients for establishing the Benedict Castle Concours Car Show as one of Southern California’s leading Car Guy Events. Having an event for everyone in the car hobby had not been achieved until her dream was put into motion. It raised over $400,000 in 2019.
